Purpose and structure performance
- The press suitable for straightening and press-mounting of fabricated metal products, pressing of nonmetallic powders, calibrating of shafts, mounting of sleeve parts and other technology of metal products.
- C type welded frame of machine body through finite element analysis and tempering process, which could ensure high rigidity and reliability. The hydraulic system is placed inside of the machine body, which make the appearance is beautiful and the operation is easy. The inlet of pump equipped with independent filtering devices, which ensure long service life of oil pump and valve. The press uses the button common control which may realize the two molding process of fixed distance and constant pressure. The slide guidance is reliable, which improve the press precision.
- Correction table, electronic protective devices, cooling device, PLC control and cantilever crane device are optional.
